Potter Highlands

A Note from the Architect:

We absolutely love this house! It has been a great house for our family for the last five years and we’re very sad to leave, but we’re only moving a few blocks away to another one of our projects. Potter Highlands is such a wonderful neighborhood with a sprinkling of modern homes within a well established historic neighborhood. The sidewalks are active with neighbors and the neighborhood is both quiet and intimate yet is close to dozens of restaurants, playground, shops, etc…even LODO is a 15 min walk away! We’ve built this home to be comfortable for a family, but it’s also a great place to grow old in, with the ground floor master. The home has a number of unique features including the large custom steel and glass doors, steel fireplace wall, and concrete floor with radiant heating. But to me the most amazing feature is the connection to the front courtyard making it a true extension of the living space. We spend countless hours living and dining in this courtyard, which also features an outdoor fireplace great for s’more night. We will miss this home and our wonderful neighbors, and we hope to find a great owner who will love it as much as we have.
